Is there a tent rental one size fits all?
The simple answer is no but they are many factors to consider in order to determine the size of the rental tent.
For example, today we went to the Beautiful and State Capitol Building located in Austin 78701. This is the ground zero and historical monument all around it for city of Austin and downtown area. The reason was to take measurements for a tent rental on the capitol grounds. So we got there and meet up with our customer to listen the last details of the event and to take necessary measurements to ensure the right tents were used for this site. The event would be for several thousand people, so we started seeing what options would be better for the event.
After planning the tent rental layout how the rental tables and chairs would be set up for a good flow of the event guest. After that we continued with catering equipment for the food serving and so on till we got to the stage rentals and such.
When deciding what size of tent would be needed it recommend to have in mind what is it going to be used for seating, serving, dancing or all of the above. Number of guest and what the climate would be like the event day. With such considerations you can start guessing what would be a proper tent size. A good rule of thumb is to allow 10 sq. ft per guest for seating this not including service, dance floor rental, podium, stage and so on to be covered under the tent. Another thing is temperature if it’s too cold heaters will be needed and if it’s too hot fans or misting fans. This are most of the details to take under consideration when plan hosting outside tent event.
