How to return Rentals and Avoid extra charges

At Deliveries have items ready to be picked up the same way they were delivered.
  1. All rental items are arranged in the same spot together.
  2. Chairs stacked same way our staff deliver them. ($0.25 per chair)

(Staked: Stack one on top of the other one, seat facing down, not standing.)

  1. Tables folded as they were delivered. ($3 per table)
  2. Shake crumbs from linens before place on laundry bags with hangers. ($2per linen)
  3. Linens placed on laundry bags with hangers.
  4. Rinse free of food; plates, glassware, silverware, all catering equipment chafers, tongs, hot box, etc. (starts at $0.70 per unit for plates and dishware) Bigger items are more
  5. To avoid any cleaning charges, wipe down any food spills, mud, or paint from the equipment.
  6. All items should be 50 ft. from truck parking.
  7. Tents, tarps folded, poles, and stakes in the same place. Please use a blue tarp for set up/breakdown if not cleaning fee apply starts $40
  8. Have access and a designated area for pick/drop off ready, waiting times charge starts $20 for every 15 15-minute period per crew member.
