How to return Rentals and Avoid extra charges
At Deliveries have items ready to be picked up the same way they were delivered.
- All rental items are arranged in the same spot together.
- Chairs stacked same way our staff deliver them. ($0.25 per chair)
(Staked: Stack one on top of the other one, seat facing down, not standing.)
- Tables folded as they were delivered. ($3 per table)
- Shake crumbs from linens before place on laundry bags with hangers. ($2per linen)
- Linens placed on laundry bags with hangers.
- Rinse free of food; plates, glassware, silverware, all catering equipment chafers, tongs, hot box, etc. (starts at $0.70 per unit for plates and dishware) Bigger items are more
- To avoid any cleaning charges, wipe down any food spills, mud, or paint from the equipment.
- All items should be 50 ft. from truck parking.
- Tents, tarps folded, poles, and stakes in the same place. Please use a blue tarp for set up/breakdown if not cleaning fee apply starts $40
- Have access and a designated area for pick/drop off ready, waiting times charge starts $20 for every 15 15-minute period per crew member.
Secure equipment when not in use, and protect from the weather/sprinkler system
